Orthopaedic Outreach

Orthopedic outreach and relief has been an important part of my growth as a surgeon and is something that I participated as a resident, fellow, and as well as an attending surgeon.

I have had the honor and privilege of joining six Operation Walk trips to Nicaragua and Guatemala taking care of patients that were much less fortunate than patients here in the United States. This had a significant impact on my life as well as my trajectory as an orthopedic surgeon. I strive to continue these efforts on ongoing outreach trips in the near future.
